I RESOLUTION NO. R-64-10 <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, APPROVING <br />3 PROGRAMING AND AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2010/2011 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BY $300,000 TO INCLUDE THE CDBG CONCRETE <br />4 INFRASTRUCTURE REMOVAL AND RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 2010/2011. <br />5 <br />6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter into a Cooperation <br />Agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to receive Community Development <br />7 <br />Block Grant (CDBG) funds; and <br />8 <br />WHEREAS, as a Cooperating City, the City of Colton will receive allocation of <br />9 Community Development Block Grant funds for Fiscal Year 2010/2011; and, <br />10 WHEREAS, the City has been informed by the San Bernardino County Department of <br />11 Community Development and Housing that they are submitting a program remodification for <br />12 the Fiscal Year 2010/2011; and, <br />13 WHEREAS, the City has identified several projects it requests be deleted and funding <br />14 be redirected. <br />15 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />16 • Authorize submittal of a project proposal for the CDBG Concrete Infrastructure <br />Removal and Reconstruction Project. <br />17 o Project to have a budget of $300,000 programmed with CDBG funds from <br />18 Colton's unprogrammed funds ($75,000) and redirected funds from project <br />104-35103/3413 ($225,000). <br />19 o Budget these funds as follows: <br />■ Increase budget for account 215-5752 <br />20 ■ Increase the budget in account 215-1110-6920-3890 <br />21 • Project 104-35103/3413 ($225,000) <br />o Delete and redirect CDBG funds to the CDBG Concrete Infrastructure <br />22 Removal and Reconstruction Project. <br />23 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED IS 7th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2010. <br />24 <br />25 DAVID J.
