R -66A-10 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />INCREASING BUDGET REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE ALLOCATIONS IN THE <br />COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010-11 TO <br />ESTABLISH A BUDGET FOR AN AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM AT COLTON <br />MIDDLE SCHOOL <br />WHEREAS, the Community Services Department has received a donation from <br />Colton Disposal for $5,000 for the operation of an after-school program onsite at the Colton <br />Middle School, as a part of the Community Services Department "226 After-school Program," <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the Colton Middle School has worked with City staff to continue to <br />partner on an onsite after-school program at the Colton Middle School, to provide valuable <br />services to middle school students during the at -risk hours of 2:00 — 6:00 p.m., and; <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2010 and ending June 30, 2011 has been approved and adopted, and; <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Colton hereby authorizes an adjustment <br />to the fiscal year 2010-2011 budget. Allocations shall be adjusted as follows: <br />Revenue Account 100-6757 shall be increased by $5,000 <br />Expenditure Account 100-6200-6202-1040 shall be increased by $5,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 2010. <br />ATTEST: <br />EILEEN C.
