That the number of votes given at each precinct and the number of votes <br />given in the City to each of such persons above named for the respective offices for which the <br />persons were candidates were as listed in "Exhibit B" attached. <br />SECTION 4. The City Council does declare and determine that: <br />DAVID R. ZAMORA was elected as the Mayor for the City of <br />Colton for the full term of four years; <br />DAVID J. TORO was elected as the District 1 Council Member <br />for the City of Colton for the full term of four years; <br />FRANK A. GONZALES was elected as the District 2 Council <br />Member for the City of Colton for the full term of four years; <br />SUSAN OLIVA was elected as the District 4 Council Member <br />for the City of Colton for the full term of four years; <br />
