That the names of persons voted for the election for Members of the <br />City Council of the City are as follows: <br />MAYOR: KELLY J. CHASTAIN <br />DAVID R. ZAMORA <br />COUNCIL MEMBERS: <br />DISTRICT 1. DAVID J. TORO <br />KATHY JARAMILLO <br />DISTRICT 2 FRANK A. GONZALES <br />TONY MORALES <br />DISTRICT 4 SUSAN OLIVA <br />ROSANNE RAMOS REYES <br />SECTION 3. That the number of votes given at each precinct and the number of votes <br />given in the City to each of such persons above named for the respective offices for which the <br />persons were candidates were as listed in "Exhibit B" attached. <br />SECTION 4. The City Council does declare and determine that: <br />DAVID R. ZAMORA was elected as the Mayor for the City of <br />Colton for the full term of four years; <br />DAVID J. TORO was elected as the District 1 Council Member <br />for the City of Colton for the full term of four years; <br />FRANK A. GONZALES was elected as the District 2 Council <br />Member for the City of Colton for the full term of four years; <br />SUSAN OLIVA was elected as the District 4 Council Member <br />for the City of Colton for the full term of four years; <br />
