EXHIBIT "C - FIRST AMENDMENT" <br />COMPENSATION <br />Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this Project. <br />Contractor shall submit separate itemized invoices for city-wide (City -Wide) tree trimming and <br />maintenance and electric utility line clearance (Line Clearance) services to City, on a monthly <br />basis, with the locations of services provided for that billing period. <br />Annual compensation for Services provided for City -Wide services shall not exceed one hundred <br />fifteen thousand dollars and zero cents ($115,000.00), annual compensation for services for Line <br />Clearance shall not exceed sixty -thousand dollars and zero cents ($60,000.00), and total annual <br />compensation for all services shall not exceed one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars and <br />zero cents ($175,000.00) for any contract Term, without written approval of the City.
