2018 FEBRUARY 16 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA SPECIAL MEETING - 2 - <br />Council Discussion <br />Discernment and discussion between Councilmembers present; brief overview questions related <br />to recommended General Fund Adjustments – Expenditures; final dialog centered specifically to <br />the recommendation made by the Measure D Oversight Committee vs. the recommendation by <br />the Finance Committee; clarification provide by staff: Finance Manager Dabbs; City Manager <br />Smith; Fire Chief McHargue; Utility Director Kolk; and City Treasure De La Torre. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Toro/CM González to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-19-18 <br />and amended to include the increase of the General Fund Transfer (GFT) at the full 20% and to <br />commit the additional GFT amount (over the current) in the General Fund Reserve to pension <br />obligations; approve and adopt Resolution No. CUA-01-18; and Resolution No. CHA-01-18. <br /> <br />Vote: Unanimous <br /> <br />CM Toro announce he will miss the next two council meetings. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />At 6:16 p.m., Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the Special Council Meeting in memoriam of the <br />victims of the recent school shooting at Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, on <br />February 14, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br />Carolina R.
