R-39-18 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 2017-18 TO REDISTRIBUTE $2,000 IN TRAINING <br />FUNDS IN THE ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT, <br />TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION DIVISION, FROM <br />THE EDUCATION/TRAINING EXPENSE LINE ITEM TO <br />THE CERTIFICATION/TRAINING EXPENSE LINE <br />ITEM <br />WHEREAS, the budget for fiscal year 2017-18 has been approved by City Council, and <br />must now be amended to redistribute $2,000 of the appropriation in the Electric Utility <br />Department, Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Division Education/Training line item to the <br />Certification/Training line item for costs associated with the Power Line Technician Apprentice <br />Training Program; and, <br />WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Electric Department T&D Division <br />Education/Training line item, to transfer to the Certification/Training line item. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby <br />resolve the following: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby amends the fiscal year 2017-18 budget <br />appropriation as follows: <br />Decrease expenditure account number 520-8000-8004-1160-0926-000 by $2,000 <br />Increase expenditure account number 520-8000-8004-1161-0926-000 by $2,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 2018 <br />RICHARD A.
