Signage: Applicant will fully comply with Colton Municipal Code18.50 Sign <br />Ordinance as amended. Refer to code for additional signage permitting and <br />4 requirements. <br />5 26. Surveillance Monitoring: Should permittee install a video surveillance monitoring <br />system, the video system shall be capable of recording a clear view of all areas of <br />6 the subject property including, but not limited to, parking lots, walkways, corridors, <br />7 all sides of buildings, the perimeter landscape and grass areas. Recordings shall <br />be retained for a minimum of 30 days. Copies of recordings will be provided to the <br />8 Colton Police Department upon request. <br />9 27. After hours Contact Information: Permittee will ensure after hours contact <br />person information is kept current and on file with the Colton Police Department <br />10 dispatch center. Ideally there should be several responsible persons available to <br />11 respond in case of emergency; each should be a key holder with knowledge of <br />alarm reset codes, available to respond within 20-30 minutes, and of sufficient <br />12 authority to facilitate a board up or other emergency repair measures. <br />13 28. Right of Access: Permittee shall grant 'right of access" to the City of Colton and <br />its employees or agents for the purposes of monitoring compliance with these <br />14 Conditional Use Permit conditions, patrolling, investigating crimes, and enforcing <br />15 laws and ordinances on the subject property. Permittee shall grant "right of access" <br />to the City of Colton and its employees or agents to remove graffiti and to determine <br />16 if the applicant is in compliance with these conditions. <br />17 <br />BUILDING AND SAFETY DIVISION <br />18 29. The above project shall comply with the current California Codes (CBC, CEC, CIVIC <br />19 and the CPC) as well as city ordinances. The 2016 edition of the California Codes <br />became effective for all permit applications submitted after January 1, 2017. <br />20 <br />21 FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />22 30. Smoke alarms are required throughout residence. Primary power for smoke alarms shall <br />be from the building wiring. Smoke alarms shall be interconnected so that the activation <br />23 of one alarm shall activate all alarms. <br />24 31. Smoke alarm required locations (to be shown on plans): <br />25 a. On ceiling or wall outside of each sleeping area. <br />26 b. In each room used for sleeping purposes. <br />27 <br />c.
