This Resolution shall take effect upon its adoption under the specific <br />authorization of Government Code Section 53340 and as the levy of taxes for the usual and <br />current expenses of the District as provided by Government Code Section 36937 (d). <br />SECTION 8. The City Clerk shall sign this Resolution and shall cause the same to be <br />published within fifteen (15) days after its passage at least once in a newspaper of general <br />circulation published and circulated in this City. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17" day of July, 2018. <br />RICHARD A.
