R-88-18
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF COLTON APPROVING APPROVE SERVICE AND
NONDISCLOSURE INTER -UTILITY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY
(SOCAL GAS) AND COLTON ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT
(CED)
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the City Council approve extending a service and non-
disclosure inter -utility agreement between SoCal Gas Company and CED for an income qualified
energy efficiency mobile home retrofit program and authorize the City Manager to execute the
agreement, and;
WHEREAS, SoCal Gas Company enters into agreements pursuant to Division 11 of
California State Water Code to establish working relationships between other utilities to st
certain customer information in order to better serve the needs of low income customers wit
SoCal Gas Company's service territories. SoCal Gas Company manages the delivery of its Ene
Savings Assistance Program (ESAP), and;
WHEREAS, CED would reimburse SoCal Gas Company for services provided by SoCal
Gas to income qualified residential customers in the service territory of CED.
