Exhibit B <br />City of Colton <br />MEASURE "I" EXPENDITURE STATEGY <br />PLAN <br />The City of Colton allocates approximately ninety percent (90%) of annual <br />Measure I revenue for system improvements to streets infrastructure. <br />Delivery of these improvements is focused on streets requiring rehabilitation <br />or safety enhancement improvements. Measure I funds are also being used <br />to provide local match for federal and state grant funded projects; these <br />projects are focused on improving Colton's infrastructure and/or <br />transportation system for pedestrian/bicycle/vehicular traffic. <br />The remaining ten percent (10%) of the City's annual Measure I revenue are <br />allocated to pedestrian safety such as sidewalk and handicap ramp <br />installation. All identified improvements are consistent with the goals of the <br />city's General Plan Circulation Element. <br />08/07/2018 Council Agenda 495 <br />
