I RESOLUTION NO. R-92-18 <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />3 ADOPTING THE MEASURE I FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL PROJECT NEEDS ANALYSIS FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 2019/2020 TO FY 2023/2024 <br />4 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />5 <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); and <br />6 <br />7 WHEREAS, San Bernardino County voters approved passage of Measure I in November <br />8 2004, authorizing the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority to impose a one-half of <br />9 one percent retail transactions and use tax applicable in the incorporated and unincorporated <br />10 territory of the County of San Bernardino; and <br />11 WHEREAS revenue from the tax can only be used for transportation improvement and <br />12 traffic management programs authorized in the Expenditure Plans set forth in Ordinance No. 04- <br />13 1 of the Authority; and <br />14 WHEREAS, the Strategic Plan requires each local jurisdiction applying for revenue from <br />15 <br />the Valley Major Street and Freeway Interchange Programs to annually adopt and update a Five - <br />16 <br />Year Capital Project Needs Analysis. <br />17 <br />18 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />19 <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA DOES HEREBY resolve, reaffirm and adopt the Measure I Five - <br />20 Year Capital Project Needs Analysis for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 to FY 2023/2024, attached to this <br />21 resolution. <br />22 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7°1 day of August, 2018. <br />23 <br />241 <br />25 RICHARD A.
