COLTON ET AL. <br />WHEREAS, the budget for fiscal year 2018/19 has been approved by City Council, and <br />must now be amended to increase the appropriation in the Insurance Fund, Public Liability <br />Claims Paid line item for costs associated with claims and lawsuit settlement; and, <br />WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the General Fund reserve balance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve <br />the following: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby amends the Fiscal Year 2018-19 budget <br />appropriation as follows: <br />Increase appropriations in expenditure account number 607-6404-8601-2290 by <br />$700,000.00 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this ;d -day of July 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />AROLINA R.
