2018 JANAURY 25 SPEC MTNG JOINT CC/PLANNING COMMISSION 1 <br />JOINT SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF COLTON CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />AND <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />January 25, 2018 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given a Special Meeting of the City <br />Council/Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton/Colton Utility <br />Authority/Colton Public Financing Authority and Colton Housing Authority and the Planning <br />Commission was held on the above given date at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chamber of City Hall, <br />650 North La Cadena Drive, Mayor DeLaRosa and Chairperson Prieto presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: CM Suchil <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Toro, Cisneros, González, Suchil, and Mayor DeLaRosa. Absent <br />Councilmember Navarro (excused), and Mayor Pro Tem Woods. Also present were City Manager <br />Smith, Assistant City Attorney Martinez, and City Clerk Padilla. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners present were Tripp, Delgado, Grossich, Archuleta, Granado-Dominguez, and <br />Chairperson Prieto; Absent, Commissioner Pirestani. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br />None. <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />(1) Discussion on the Draft Active Transportation Plan (ATP). <br />Staff Presentation <br />Victor Ortiz, Engineering Superintendent, Public Works, introduced the above subject matter to <br />Councilmembers and Planning Commission Members. <br />Presentation of The City of Colton Active Transportation Plan (ATP) was pres ented by the <br />consulting firm of KOA Corporation: Min Zhou, Vice-President; and Roger Pelayo, Senior <br />Transportation Planner. <br />602/06/2018 Council Agenda
