3 <br />PUBLIC COMMENT Limit 5 Minutes <br /> <br />This is the portion of the meeting specifically set aside to invite your comments regarding Consent Calendar items and <br />any matters within the jurisdiction of the City Council; however, any matter that requires action will be referred to staff <br />for investigation and report at a subsequent Council meeting. The Council is prohibited by law from discussing or taking <br />immediate action on items during this public comment period. <br />Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall provide copy of any paperwork to the City <br />Clerk for the Official Record. <br /> <br />Speakers will be limited to 5 minutes; provided, however, that the presiding officer shall have certain discretion to <br />extend or limit time as provided for in the City Council Manual of Procedure. <br />~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered by the City Council to be routine and will all be enacted by <br />one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion, <br />unless councilmembers, staff or the public request that specific items be discussed and/or removed for separate <br />discussions or action. <br /> <br />(1) Minutes – Approval of Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held April 3, 2018 on File in <br />the Office of the City Clerk. [City Clerk Padilla] <br /> <br />(2) Warrants – Approval of Payable Warrants voucher numbers 169802 to 169891 dated 03/27/2018 <br />and totaling $70,259.14; voucher numbers 169892 to 170035 dated 0329/2018 and totaling <br />$2,149,295.47; voucher numbers 170036 to 170158 dated 04/05/2018 and totaling <br />$1,899,383.56. [Staff Person: S. Dabbs] <br /> <br />(3) Manual of Procedure – Approve the revised City Council Manual of Procedure (MOP). <br />[Staff Person: B. Smith] <br /> <br />(4) Police Motorcycles – Authorize the purchase of two new police motorcycles along with the related <br />emergency equipment and communications. [Staff Person: M. Owens] <br /> <br />(5) Tract 18738 – Authorize the signing of the Subdivision Agreement, accept, and approve Tract <br />18738 for recordation and the easements for utility purposes. [Staff Person: D. Kolk] <br /> <br />(6) Agua Mansa Road Closure – Authorize the temporary road closure of Agua Mansa Road requested <br />by KPRS construction. [Staff Person: D. Kolk] <br /> <br />(7) 2017 Homeland Security Grant - Approve and adopt a Resolution to accept the 2017 Homeland <br />Security Grant (HSGP) in the amount of $19,703, along with its accompanying MOU with the <br />County of San Bernardino and appropriate the funds into the Police Department’s HSGP <br />expenditure account.
