2 <br />PUBLIC COMMENT Limit 5 Minutes <br /> <br />This is the portion of the meeting specifically set aside to invite your comments regarding Closed Session items; <br />however, any matter that requires action will be referred to staff for investigation and report at a subsequent Council <br />meeting.
