This disclosure <br />shall be made part of the official public record of the proceeding, either as part of the minutes of the meeting or as a separate writing filed <br />with the city. The Council is prohibited by law from discussing or taking immediate action on items <br />during this public comment period. <br /> <br />Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall provide copy of any paperwork to the City Clerk for the <br />Official Record. <br /> <br />Speakers will be limited to 5 minutes; provided, however, that the presiding officer shall have certain discretion to extend or limit <br />time as provided for in the City Council Manual of Procedure. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> (1) City Council / Colton Utility Authority / Colton Housing Authority - Mid-Year Budget Review - It is <br />recommended that the City Council approve and adopt Resolution No. R-17-16 authorizing the amendment <br />of the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Budget to include certain necessary adjustments as detailed in this report; It is <br />recommended that the Colton Utility Authority Board approve and adopt Resolution No. CUA-01-16 <br />authorizing the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Budget to include certain necessary adjustments as <br />detailed in this report; and It is recommended that the Colton Housing Authority Board approve and adopt <br />Resolution No. CHA-01-16 authorizing the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Budget to include certain <br />necessary adjustments as detailed in this report, RESOLUTION NO. R-17-16, RESOLUTION NO. CUA-01- <br />16 AND RESOLUTION NO. CHA-01-16. <br /> <br />(2) Organizational Changes – Authorize the recommended filling of current vacancies in the organization to <br />ensure continuity of service. <br /> <br />(3) Personnel Item – Recommending that the City Council ratify the prior placement of a Colton Shift Captain to <br />a 40-hour Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Captain as described in the Joint Strategic Plan for the <br />functional consolidation with Loma Linda. <br /> <br />02/17/2016 City Council Agenda
