La Cadena Drive, Colton, California <br />~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and/or taking action on the following matters: <br /> <br />OPEN SESSION <br /> OPEN SESSION CALLED TO ORDER <br />ROLL CALL <br /> MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />GIFT DISCLOSURES <br />Prior to rendering a decision in any proceeding involving a license, permit, contract or other entitlement pending before the city council, <br />any council member who has received been promised a gift or gifts aggregating $50.00 or more in value within the preceding twelve <br />months from a party or participant in the proceeding shall disclose that fact either orally or in writing during open session. This disclosure <br />shall be made part of the official public record of the proceeding, either as part of the minutes of the meeting or as a separate writing filed <br />with the city. (CMC Section 2.04.030) <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />Members of the city council shall provide brief reports on meetings attended at the expense of the city.
