IN AN EFFORT TO PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH AND PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID -19 (CORONAVIRUS), THE CITY OF COLTON ENCOURAGES THE PUBLIC TO VIEW THIS CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON TELEVISION OR ONLINE AS IN - PERSON ATTENDANCE WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE. THE MEETING IS BROADCAST LIVE ON CHANNEL 3 THROUGH YOUR LOCAL CABLE SERVICE PROVIDER AND LIVE STREAMED ONLINE AT COLTONCA.GOV. MEMBERS O F THE PUBLIC WHO WISH TO COMMENT ON MATTERS BEFORE THE COUNCIL, IN LIEU OF DOING SO IN PERSON, MAY SUBMIT COMMENTS BY EMAIL TO: CITYCLERKOFFICE@COLTONCA.GOV ON OR BEFORE 3:00 PM, TUESDAY, MAY 05, 2020. ALL COMMENTS WILL BECOME PART OF THE COUNCIL MEETING RECORD AND WILL BE ACCESSIBLE THRO UGH THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE. 6 All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered by the City Council to be routine and will all be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion, unless councilmembers, staff or the public request that specific items be discussed and/or removed for separate discussio ns or action.
