2020 APRIL 21 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 1 - <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />CLOSED SESSION MINUTES <br /> <br />April 21, 2020 <br /> <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:0 3 p.m., in the Council Chamber of City Hall, <br />with Mayor Navarro presiding. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Toro , Cisneros, Koperski, González, Woods, Suchil; and Mayor Navarro. <br />(All members of the City Council accessed the Council Meet ing via ZOOM from their residence and/or City Hall work station.) <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br />(All staff members accessed the Council Meet ing via ZOOM from their residence and/or City Hall work station.) <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />City Attorney Campos announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss Item A <br /> <br />A.
