Outdoor retail sales. <br />K. Recreational facilities. <br />L. Utility operations facilities. <br />M. Transient habitation. <br />N. Uses compatible with other uses permitted in the zone, but not specifically <br />mentioned or easily identified as belonging to a use type." <br />SECTION 7. Section 18.24.030 of Chapter 18.24 of Title 18 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code, pertaining to the I -P Industrial Park zone, is hereby amended in its entirety to <br />read as follows: <br />"18.24.030 Permitted uses. <br />Principal permitted uses in the I -P zone include the following; provided, <br />that all operations are conducted within an enclosed building: <br />A. All uses permitted by right in the general commercial (C-2) zone. <br />B. Administrative and professional and business support services. <br />C. Animal grooming and health care. <br />D.
