CITY MANAGER’S REPORTS City Manager Smith informed Council as it related to the Public Hearing for the Solid Waste increase in fees set for September 19, 2017; the Utilities Commission requested the opportunity to meet the hauler and review their proposal at the Utilities Commission Meeting on September 11, 2017; and to allow the Commission to present their recommendation to Council as part of the Public Hearing report; no objection by the Councilmembers present. The City website has a news portion that will be utilized to inform the community in a response format on citizens inquires and their items of interest.
