None disclosed. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: Director David Kolk; Jose Olivar; and Larry Rivas. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Mayor DeLaRosa presented the Consent Calendar Items 1 through 6. <br /> <br />Councilmembers present selected items for discussion and clarification by staff: CM Jorrin, Item 1. <br /> <br />Motion and Second CM Suchil/CM Navarro to approve the Consent Calendar Items 1 through 6. <br />Vote. Unanimous. <br /> <br />(1) Minutes – Approval of Minutes for the City Council Special Meeting held April 13, 2017 and Minutes <br />for the City Council Regular Meeting held April 18, 2017, on File in the Office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />(2) Warrants – Approve voucher number 162350 to 162526, dated 4/13/17, totaling $546,990.56; voucher <br />numbers 162527 to 162655, dated 4/20/17, totaling $1,173,751.73, less voided checks totaling <br />$21,654.47; and a payroll disbursement listing for the period 3/25/17 to 4/7/17, totaling $739 ,768.39, on <br />file in the Finance Department. <br /> <br />(3) San Bernardino County Fire Household Hazardous Waste Five Year Agreement - Approve and adopt a <br />Resolution, authorizing the City of Colton to enter into a five-year agreement with the County of San <br />Bernardino Household Hazardous Waste Department to continue to provide the safe collection, <br />recycling, treatment and disposal of hazardous materials which are generated by households in the City <br />of Colton and authorizing the City Manager, or his designee to sign the agreement, RESOLUTION NO. <br />R-20-17. <br /> <br />(4) Updated CalRecycle Payment Program – Approve and adopt a Resolution authorizing submittal of <br />applications for payment programs and related authorizations from the Department of Resources <br />Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle), RESOLUTION NO. R-21-17. <br /> <br />(5) Amend FY 2016-17 Authorized Positions List and Salary Schedule - Approve the job descriptions as <br />recommended in the Matric Organization Audit of the Public Works, Water, Wastewater and Electric <br />Departments and approved by the City Council on April 4, 2017, and approve a Resolution amending <br />the FY 2016-17 Authorized Positions List and the FY 2016-17 Salary Schedule, RESOLUTION NO.
