SAR-02-17. (8) Professional Services Agreement with DMG Economics Inc. - Approve Professional Services Agreement with DMG Economics, Inc., for as needed Economic Development consulting and reports, in an amount not to exceed $50,000; and authorize the City Manager to sign documents. (9) Award of Contract to IHI, Inc. - Award the Request for Proposal, RFP-RG-16003 and approve the Maintenance Services Agreement to IHI, Inc., to perform the LM6000 Service Bulletins for the Agua Mansa Power Plant in the amount of $145,640; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract documents. (10) MOU / IBEW Water and Wastewater - Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Colton and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Local 47 – Water and Wastewater Unit for the term of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018. (11) MOU / Colton Police Dispatchers Association (CPDA) - Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Colton and the Colton Police Dispatchers Association (CPDA) for the term of March 1, 2017 through February 28, 2019 and approve Resolution R-55-17 to amend the FY 17-18 budget to appropriate the funds necessary for the two-year term of the MOU for the amount of $24,900, RESOLUTION NO. R-55-17. (12) Set a Public Hearing for August 1, 2017 - Set a Public Hearing for August 1, 2017 to adopt a Resolution approving the Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and the Storm Water Management User Fee as provided for in Chapter 14.01 of the Colton Municipal Code. (13) Award of Contract to Clinical Laboratory of San Bernardino, Inc. - Authorize the award of Contract Agreement to Clinical Laboratory of San Bernardino, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $233,272 for the Drinking Water Laboratory Sampling and Analysis Services. (14) Renewal of Street Sweeping Maintenance Agreement – (1) approve the Second Amendment to the Maintenance Agreement with R.F. Dickson Inc., for the Street Sweeping services for Fiscal Year 2017/2018, in the amount not-to-exceed $215,670; (2) Authorize the City Manager to extend the Agreement on an annual basis for three (3) additional one-year terms upon the same terms and conditions at the City’s discretion that includes the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase.
