CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 <br />Property: South Rancho Avenue Public Right-a-Way <br />Negotiating Parties: Bill Smith, City Manager; Arthur Morgan, Economic Development Manager; <br />Carlos Campos, City Attorney <br />Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Purchase <br /> <br />B.
