CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Significant Exposure to Litigation, Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)/(e)(1) <br />One (1) potential case <br /> <br />C. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b) <br />Title: City Manager <br /> <br />D.
