ALL COMMENTS WILL BECOME PART OF THE COUNCIL MEETING RECORD AND WILL BE ACCESSIBLE <br />THROUGH THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE. <br /> <br />5 <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br />PUBLIC COMMENT Limit 3 Minutes <br />This is the portion of the meeting specifically set aside to invite your comments regarding Consent Calendar <br />items; however, any matter that requires action will be referred to staff for investigation and report at a <br />subsequent Council meeting. The Council is prohibited by law from discussing or taking immediate action on <br />items during this public comment period. <br /> <br />Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall provide copy of any paperwork to <br />the City Clerk for the Official Record. <br /> <br />Speakers will be limited to 3 minutes; provided, however, that the presiding officer shall have certain <br />discretion to extend or limit time as provided for in the City Council Manual of Procedure. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered by the City Council to be routine and will all be <br />enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the City Council <br />votes on the motion, unless councilmembers, staff or the public request that specific items be discussed <br />and/or removed for separate discussions or action. <br /> <br />(3) Minutes - Approval of Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held on July 21, 2020, on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk. <br />[Staff Person: Carolina Padilla] <br />(4) Warrants - Approve wires dated 07/07/2020 and totaling $1,425,275.18; voucher numbers 186789 to <br />186885 dated 07/09/20 and totaling $1,012,510.25 and voucher numbers 186886 to 186964 dated <br />07/16/2020 and totaling $646,512.42. <br />[Staff Person: Stacey Dabbs] <br />(5) Agreement Amendment - CDBG City-County Cooperation Agreement - Approve an Amendment to the <br />Cooperation Agreement for Community Development Block Grant (“CBDG”) Funds with the United States <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and Authorize the City Manager to Approve and <br />Execute any Further Amendments to the Agreement. <br />[Staff Person: Arthur Morgan] <br />(6) Agreement - Caltrans Program Supplement Agreement - Approve and Adopt a Resolution for a Program <br />Supplement Agreement No. U89 for the Preparation of Highway Safety Improvement Program Funded <br />Local Road Safety Plan, RESOLUTION NO.
