R-12-17 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2016 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2017 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton adopted budgets for the fiscal year commencing July 1, <br />2016 and ending June 30, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the City conducts regular reviews of their budgets as it is fiscally prudent to <br />do so; and <br />WHEREAS, based upon the review conducted March 21, 2017, the City desires to amend <br />the budget; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, <br />DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council amend the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Budget to <br />appropriate $18,719.19 to Account No. 100-6300-6302-2350 for the Professional Services <br />Agreement with Interwest Consulting Group. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21" day of March, 2017. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
