R-75-17 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, TO AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR <br />2017/2018 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); and <br />WHEREAS, revenue from the Measure I can only be used for transportation <br />improvement and traffic management programs authorized in the Expenditure Plans set forth in <br />Ordinance No. 89-1 and Ordinance No. 04-1 of the San Bernardino County Transportation <br />Authority (SBCTA); and <br />WHEREAS, a budget appropriation for approved activities, not listed in the 2017-2018 <br />Fiscal Year budget is required and must be approved by resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 The Recital preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are incorporated into <br />this Resolution by reference. <br />Section 2 The City Council authorizes an appropriation of Measure I Fund (Fund 218) to the <br />following projects: <br />a. $74,826 - Account No. 218-1812-6150-3890 for the FY 17/18 Citywide Street and <br />Traffic Improvement Project. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5h day of September, 2017. <br />ATTEST: Richard A.
