Any and all habitat conservation land that has been purchased by or <br />dedicated to the City and associated conservation credits are under the exclusive ownership of <br />the City. The City may, at its discretion, allocate and reserve said conservation credits in any <br />manner and on behalf of any party or project that suits its objectives. <br />SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Colton hereby reserves 11.69 acres of <br />conservation credit for the Ca1Med, Phase 1 project and Ca1Med Surgery Group's surgery <br />center (Assessor Parcel Nos. 162-28-104, 162-28-134, 162-25-151, 162-28-152 and 162-28- <br />167) to further the City's economic development objectives for the West Valley HCP and <br />Hub City Centre Specific Plan areas. <br />SECTION 3. Any allocation or reservation of conservation credits on behalf of the <br />Ca1Med project and surgery center does not absolve said projects from payment of Habitat <br />Mitigation Fees in a form, timing and amount as adopted by the Ordinance No. 0-07-15, <br />Resolution No. R-14-15 and subsequent amendments thereto. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
