CEOA Findings. The City Council hereby finds that, in accordance <br />with the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") and the CEQA Guidelines, the <br />adoption of this Resolution is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3). <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date of Resolution. The Mayor shall sign this Resolution <br />and the City Clerk shall attest thereto, and thereafter this Resolution shall take effect <br />immediately. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 191' day of April, 2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
