R-63-16 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 2015-16 TO APPROPRIATE ADDITIONAL FUNDS <br />IN THE ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT FOR THE AGUA <br />MANSA PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the budget for fiscal year 2015-16 has been approved by City <br />Council, and must now be amended to increase the appropriation in the Electric Utility <br />Department by $679,078 for construction of the West Substation, the Agua Mansa 66 kV <br />Switchyard and the 66 kV line to connect the two facilities (the Agua Mansa Project); <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Electric Department <br />unappropriated reserve fund for the Agua Mansa Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby <br />resolve the following: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby amends the fiscal year 2015-16 budget appropriation <br />as follows: <br />Increase expenditure account number 520-8000-8040-3890-0107-000, Capital <br />Improvement, New Substations, by $679,078.00. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June 2016. <br />RICHARD A.
