Exhibit B <br />City of Colton <br />MEASURE "I" EXPENDITURE STATEGY <br />PLAN <br />The City of Colton allocates approximately seventy-five percent of annual <br />Measure I revenue for system improvements to streets infrastructure. <br />Delivery of these improvements is focused on streets requiring rehabilitation <br />or capacity enhancement improvements. Measure I funds are also being <br />used to provide local match for federal and state grant funded projects; <br />these projects are focused on improving Colton's infrastructure and/or <br />transportation system for pedestrian/bicycle/vehicular traffic. <br />The remaining twenty-five percent of the City's annual Measure I revenue are <br />allocated to traffic safety such as traffic sign installation/replacement, <br />striping and traffic signal upgrade. All identified improvements are <br />consistent with the goals of the city's General Plan Circulation Element. <br />
