R-85-16 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, TO AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR <br />2016/2017 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), and; <br />WHEREAS, revenue from the Measure I can only be used for transportation <br />improvement and traffic management programs authorized in the Expenditure Plans set forth in <br />Ordinance No. 89-1 and Ordinance No. 04-1 of the Authority, and; <br />WHEREAS, a budget appropriation for approved activities, not listed in the 2016-2017 <br />Fiscal Year budget is required and must be approved by resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 The Recital preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />Section 2 The City Council authorizes an appropriation of Measure I Fund (Fund 218) to <br />the following projects: <br />a. $210,000 - Account No. 218-1710-6150-3890 for the Pepper Avenue Pavement <br />Rehabilitation Project Interchange Project. <br />b. $75,000 - Account No. 218-1711-6150-3890 for the Citywide Striping Project. <br />C. $98,916 - Account No. 218-1712-6150-3890 for the FY 16/17 Citywide Street and <br />Traffic Improvement Project. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6°i day of September, 2016. <br />ATTEST: Richard A.
