Permittee shall grant "right of access" to the City <br />of Colton and its employees or agents to remove graffiti and to determine if the applicant <br />is in compliance with these conditions. <br />o. Right of review and alteration of Conditional Use Permit (CUP) if change in ABC <br />license to Type 21 increases expenditure of Police or City resources to address crime, <br />blight, or quality of life issues. <br />FIRE <br />21. A Fire Department Permit will be required for your operations in accordance with <br />Section 105 of the International Fire Code. The fire permit shall be obtained from the <br />Fire Safety Division of the Fire Department. <br />22. Portable fire extinguishers shall be required for this project. Size, type, and locations <br />shall be determined by the fire department's field inspector. <br />23. The proposed facility's use and/or operations shall be designed and maintained in <br />accordance with the 2012/2013 editions of the International Fire and Building Codes / <br />California Fire and Building Codes (Title 24). <br />24. The applicant shall comply with all Fire Department requirements as noted during the <br />business occupancy process. (B.O.P.) <br />BUILDING AND SAFETY DIVISION <br />25. Shall comply with the latest adopted edition of the following codes: <br />Building Code and its appendices and standards <br />Plumbing Code and its appendices and standards <br />Mechanical Code and its appendices and standards <br />Building Security Code <br />Electrical Code <br />California Building Standards Code (Title 24, California Code of Regulations) <br />Fire Code and its appendices and standards <br />26. Applicant shall submit improvement plans for review and approval prior to for any <br />proposed construction and occupancy <br />27. The project developer/applicant shall comply with the State of California Water Efficient <br />landscape Ordinance. The developer shall provide the Building and Safety division with all <br />information regarding with the project's water efficient requirements and compliance and <br />methods. <br />28. The requirements of the Department of Environmental Health Services and the Air Quality <br />Management District shall be satisfied prior to the issuance of any permit if hazardous <br />materials are stored and/or used. <br />29. Any temporary building, trailer, commercial coach, etc. installed and/or used in connection <br />with a construction project shall comply with City Code and Regulations. <br />W <br />
