1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />WHEREAS, The City of Colton would be responsible for providing land in area <br />about 15,000 square feet to accommodate 25 shade trees for the grove and access to <br />water; and <br />WHEREAS, The recommended location for the memorial grove would be the N <br />Street mini park located on 51h Street. Drip irrigation, tree planting materials, trees, <br />weed mat and mulch will be included in the donation from the Incredible Edible <br />Community Garden along with 1-5 stated in the Recommended Action above; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approve and authorize the Cities partnership to accept the donation of <br />goods and services from the Incredible Edible Community Garden.
