R-07-15 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 2014-15 TO APPROPRIATE <br />ADDITIONAL FUNDS IN THE ELECTRIC <br />DEPARTMENT FOR THE AGUA MANSA PROJECT <br />WHEREAS; the budget for fiscal year 2014-15 has been approved by City Council, <br />and must now be amended to increase the appropriation in the Electric Utility Department by <br />$1,895,000 for construction of the West Substation, the Agua Mansa 66 kV Switchyard and the <br />66 kV line to connect the two facilities (the Agua Mansa Project); and, <br />WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Electric Department unappropriated <br />reserve fund for the Agua Mansa Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve the <br />following: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby amends the fiscal year 2014-15 budget <br />appropriation as follows: <br />• Increase expenditure account number 520-8000-8040-3890-0107-000 <br />• Capital Improvement, New Substations, by $1,895,000.00. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20`h day of January 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
