Mailed Notice: Not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the public hearing, the City <br />will provide written notice by mail of the proposed fee to the record owner of each identified <br />parcel upon which the fee is to be imposed. The notice will contain all of the following <br />information: (A) the amount of the proposed fee; (B) the basis on which the amount of the <br />proposed fee or charge was calculated; (C) the reason for the fee or charge; and (D) the date, <br />time and location of a public hearing on the proposed fee or charge. <br />7. Data Availability: At least forty-five (45) days prior to the public hearing, the City <br />will make available to the public the data supporting the proposed fee increase, including <br />the amount of cost, or estimated cost, required to provide the services and the revenue <br />sources anticipated to provide the services. <br />8. City Clerk: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give notice of such <br />hearing as provided by law. <br />9. Passage: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution; <br />shall enter the same in the book of original Resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute of <br />passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City, <br />in the minutes of the meeting at which Resolution is passed and adopted. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7`h day of April 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
