R-36-15 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2014 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2015 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton adopted budgets for the fiscal year commencing July 1, <br />2014 and ending June 30, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the City conducts regular reviews of their budgets as it is fiscally prudent to <br />do so; and <br />WHEREAS, based upon the review conducted April 21, 2015, the City desires to amend <br />the budget; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, <br />DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council approve Professional Services Agreement <br />Amendment with Interwest Consulting Services to increase compensation in the amount of <br />6.1 111 <br />SECTION 2. That the City Council amend the Fiscal Year 2014-15 Budget to increase <br />revenue in Account No. 100-6706-002 in the amount of $60,000 and appropriate $60,000 to <br />Account No. 100-6300-6302-2350 for Building Services Division Professional Services. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 21 st day of April, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />dellzz' <br />�-25�2-� <br />CAROLINA R.
