R-43-15 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $17,402 FROM THE 2014 <br />HOMELAND SECURITYGRANT WITH ITS ACCOMPANYING MOU, AND <br />AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015 BUDGET. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2014 and ending June 30, 2015, was approved and adopted; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City of Colton and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, December 11, 2014, the Homeland Security Grant was awarded to the Colton <br />Police Department in the amount of $17,402; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does resolve as follows: <br />Section 1 It is necessary to approve and accept this 2014 Homeland Security Grant <br />Award in the amount of $17,402 to the Expenditure Account 225-6070- <br />6084-0000-006 and Revenue Account 225-5890-006 <br />Section 2 The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5`h day of May, 2015 <br />ATTEST: <br />RICHARD A.
