The above recitals are true and correct. <br />2. That the Engineer's Report as presented, consists of the following: <br />• A Description of Improvements (Plans & Specifications). <br />• The Annual Budget (Costs and Expenses of Services, Operations and Maintenance) <br />• A Description of the Method of Apportionment resulting in an Assessment Rate per <br />Levy Unit for each said District for Fiscal Year 2015/2016. <br />• District Assessment Diagrams showing the exterior boundaries of the Assessment <br />District and/or the Benefit Zones therein. <br />• The Fiscal Year 2015/2016 Assessment Collection Roll with the proposed assessment <br />apportioned to each lot or parcel. <br />3. The Engineer's Report is hereby approved on a preliminary basis pending a public hearing, <br />and ordered to be filed in the Office of the City Clerk as a permanent record and to remain <br />open to public inspection. <br />4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and the <br />minutes of this meeting shall so reflect the presentation of the Engineer's Report. <br />5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution; shall enter the <br />same in the book of original Resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute of passage and <br />adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City, in the <br />minutes of the meeting at which Resolution is passed and adopted. <br />
