4 <br />9 <br />10 <br />I <br />12 <br />13 <br />ICI <br />S1 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />271 <br />281 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2014/2015 BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE $250,000.00 <br />INTO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT WATER CONSERVATION ACCOUNT <br />FOR EMERGENCY WATER CONSERVATION ACTIONS <br />WHERAS, the State has implemented new emergency drought regulations and rules <br />specifically targeted at water agency efforts, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Department, Water Conservation Division desires to <br />implement emergency water conservation response actions, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City intends to improve the availability of water supply served to the <br />City of Colton residents, and; <br />WHEREAS, a budget appropriation for conservation measures, not listed in the 2014- <br />2015 Fiscal Year budget is required and must be approved by resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 The Recitals preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />Section 2 The City Council authorizes an appropriation of $250,000, and an adjustment to <br />the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 budget as follows: <br />Increase Capital Improvement Water Conservation Account 521-8100-8110-3890 by <br />$250,000.00 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2"d day of June, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA PADILLA, City Clerk <br />RICHARD A.
