R-61-15 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2014 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 2015 <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2014 and ending June 30, 2015, was approved and adopted on July 15, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by approval <br />and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, <br />DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council amend the Fiscal Year 2014-15 Budget to increase <br />transfers (out) in Account No. 100-1000-1000-5993-0000-702 in the amount of $83,055; Account <br />No. 100-1000-1000-5993-0000-701 in the amount of $174,600; Account No. 100-1000-1000- <br />5993-0000-605 in the amount of $227,875; and Account No. 100-1000-1000-5993-0000-607 in <br />the amount of $1,488,343. <br />SECTION 2. That the City Council amend the Fiscal Year 2014-15 Budget to increase <br />transfers (in) in Account No. 702-5993-100 in the amount of $83,055; Account No. 701-5993- <br />100 in the amount of $174,600; Account No. 605-5993-100 in the amount of $227,875; and <br />Account No. 607-5993-100 in the amount of $1,488,343. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />(44z�:� �N_�� <br />Carolina R.
