I <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-88-15 <br />2 <br />3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />4 APPROVING THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION CONTRACT CCTR- <br />5196 FOR THE PROVISION OF SCHOOL AGE CHILDCARE SERVICES IN THE <br />5 EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION DIVISION OF THE COMMUNITY SERVICES <br />DEPARTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016. <br />6 <br />7 WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Education has approved the State <br />School Age Contract CCTR-5196 for fiscal year 2015-16; and <br />8 <br />WHEREAS, this contract will provide $187,454 of funding to enable the City of <br />9 Colton to provide school age childcare services to low income families; and <br />10 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve as <br />11 follows: <br />12 Section 1: The staff report accompanying this resolution is found to be true, adopted as <br />13 findings, and incorporated into this resolution. <br />14 Section 2: City approves the State of California Contract CCTR-5196, for the provision of <br />school age services in the Early Childhood Education Division of the Community Services <br />15 Department. <br />16 <br />Section 3: The City Manager, as Executed Director of the program, is hereby authorized to <br />17 sign the applicable documents on behalf of the City to execute this agreement. <br />18 <br />19 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21sT day of July, 2015. <br />20 <br />21 RICHARD A.
