R-94-15 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2015 AND ENDING NNE 30, 2016 IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $96,306 <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, <br />2016 was approved and adopted by Resolution No. R-75-15 on June 16, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The re -allocation of appropriations between department activities may be <br />made by the City Manager. Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by approval <br />and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It is necessary to make an amendment to the 2015-2016 Budget; increasing <br />the apportions in the Fire Department Account Numbers 100-6090-6091-1010-$68,997, 100- <br />6090-6091-1100-$13,306,100-6090-6091-1101-$13,236, and 100-6090-6091-1105-$767. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4`h day of August, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
