I SECTION 1: It is necessary to approve and accept this resolution approving the contract <br />2 <br />with San Bernardino County — Arrowhead Regional Medical Center; and, <br />3 <br />4 SECTION 2: It is necessary to amend the 2015/2016 Fiscal Year Budget, to accept the <br />5 increase in Revenue funds in the amount of $175,439.01 to Revenue Account No. 100-5786; and, <br />6 SECTION 3: It is necessary to amend the 2015/2016 Fiscal Year Budget, appropriating <br />7 funds to Expenditure Account No. 100-6070-6072 for salary & benefits, and $48,572.00 to <br />8 Expenditure Account No 100-6070-6071-4910 for vehicle purchase. <br />9 <br />10 SECTION 4: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />11 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this Ist day of September, 2015. <br />12 ):� <br />1 G <br />13 RICHARD A.
