Exhibit B <br />City of Colton <br />MEASURE "I" EXPENDITURE STATEGY <br />PLAN <br />The City of Colton allocates approximately seventy-five percent of annual <br />Measure 1 revenue for system improvements to streets infrastructure. <br />Delivery of these improvements is focused on streets requiring <br />rehabilitation or capacity enhancement Improvements. Measure I funds are <br />also being used to provide local match for federal and state grant funded <br />projects; these projects are focused on Improving Colton's infrastructure <br />and/or transportation system for pedestrian/bicycle/vehicular traffic. <br />The remaining twenty-five percent of the City's annual Measure I revenue <br />are allocated to traffic safety such as traffic sign installation/replacement, <br />striping and traffic signal upgrade. All identified improvements are <br />consistent with the goals of the city's General Plan Circulation Element. <br />
