R-108-15 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, TO INCREASE APPROPRIATION <br />IN THE CURRENT STORM WATER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ACCOUNT <br />TO APPROPRIATE AN ADDITIONAL $90,000 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Colton desires to improve the drainage system and street <br />infrastructure within the City's jurisdiction by removing trash and eliminating overgrown <br />weeds; and <br />WHEREAS The City of Colton Storm Water assessment fund has a current positive <br />fund balance of $291,307.03, that has accumulated over previous years; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding can be utilized for the trash removal and weed abatement <br />services Citywide to prevent clogging of storm drain systems. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />• Increase expenditure account 722-6150-8215-2350 by $90,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this lst day of September, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
