R-114-15 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, TO INCREASE APPROPRIATION <br />IN THE CURRENT STORM WATER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ACCOUNT <br />TO APPROPRIATE AN ADDITIONAL $16,320 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Colton desires to improve the drainage system and street <br />infrastructure within the City's jurisdiction by contracting with Keller McIntyre and <br />Associates to assist the City in obtaining federal funding for Storm Drain, Water and Waste <br />Water Projects; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Colton Storm Water assessment fund has a current positive <br />fund balance that has accumulated over previous years; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding can be utilized for drainage improvements Citywide to <br />prevent clogging of storm drain systems. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />• Increase expenditure account 722-6150-8215-2350 by $16,320 <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 201h day of October, 2015. <br />I Attest: <br />X�� <br />arolina R.
