R-04-15 <br />3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />4 COMMENCING JULY 1, 2014 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2015 IN <br />5 THE AMOUNT OF $12,932.00 <br />6 WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July <br />7 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015 was approved and adopted by Resolution No. R-73-14 on <br />8 July 15, 2014; and <br />9 WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />10 the City and applicable statues of the State; and <br />I WHEREAS: The re -allocation of appropriations between department activities may <br />be made by the City Manager. Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />12 <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />13 <br />14 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />15 <br />16 SECTION 1. It is necessary to make an amendment to the 2014-2015 Budget; <br />17 increasing the revenue estimate in Account Number 225-5879 in the amount of $12,932 and an <br />18 associated increase of apportions in the Fire Department Account Number 225-6090-6091- <br />19 2301 in the amount of $12,932. <br />20 SECTION 2.
