R-86-14 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON FOR <br />APPROPRIATION AND ACCEPTENCE OF REVENUE INCREASE <br />WHEREAS, Resolution R-28-14 authorized the submittal of applications for grants, <br />for which the City of Colton is eligible from the California Department of Resources Recycling <br />and Recovery (CalRecycle), <br />WHEREAS, Household Hazardous Waste grant HD23 was awarded to the City of <br />Colton. <br />WHEREAS, the allocation of appropriations of grant funds between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the <br />budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these authorizations are effective until June 22, <br />2016 from the date of adoption of this resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. City Council of the City of Colton hereby approves and accepts the Household <br />Hazardous HD23 grant funds in the amount of $7,500 and the budget adjustment of increased <br />revenue to account 225-6150-1325-2306-0000-000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September 2014 <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
